Description of classes:

Initial Evaluation: In this 75 min session, goal setting will be achieved as well as an introduction of the fundamental principles of Pilates. Each student will receive special attention to ensure they learn proper form and execution of fundamental exercises.

Private Session: Personal Pilates is done on a one to one basis on the pilates apparatus.  55 minutes.

Semi-Private: Two students share a workout with one trainer providing the instruction. 55 minutes. Pre-requisite: 3 private sessions

Mommy & Me Pilates: Incorporate your baby with Pilates mat exercises.  Bond with your baby while getting back into that pre-pregnancy shape. Perfect for mommies and babies ages 6 weeks-1 year. 55 minutes.

Mat Class:  Using your own body weight as resistance these Pilates exercises are performed on a mat on the floor. 55 minutes
