spring and summer
Spring is upon us and summer is just around the corner. Bathing suit season is here which means more Pilates! Just a reminder I will start my clinical affiliations at from May 21-July 1st. I am so excited to work at Del Gardens Skilled Nursing Facility. delaforce pilates hours will be limited during this time. Hours will be evening and weekends. Thank you in advance for your patience. I have references to great Pilates instructors if I can not accommodate your preferred time.
